Welcome! This is the webbie for my Blue Bear guild. It's definently not finished, and nethar is this webbie. Acutally I woulnd't have started the webbie yet if Neopets wasn't down. By the time you read this though it will probably be up. Sence we're under construction it won't be perfect, but I hope you enjoy.
